  • Paid Parental Leave - We recognize the importance of providing new parents an opportunity to bond with a newborn or newly adoped child.  Eligible team members may receive up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave, based on the regular work schedule, to be used within 12 weeks of the child's birth or within 16 weeks of placement for adoption.
