• Legal Plan FAQs  (PDF) - those that are enrolled in the combined Legal and Identity Theft plan should contact MetLife to create their MetLife Legal account before accessing the Identity Theft Benefits. If the Legal account is already created the Team Member will click on Identity Fraud and Protection under more plan features and coverages in the MetLife portal. This will route the Team Member to the Identity Theft portal to create their account.
